Q. What are Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages?

Qatar Airways Holidays Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages are curated bundles that make your trip seamless and enjoyable for the FIFA World Cup 26™. The Ticket-Inclusive Travel Packages include domestic flights, hotel accommodation, match tickets, and ground transportation. Everything is planned for you - so you can focus on enjoying the tournament. International flights are optional and available at an additional cost.

Q. Are the Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages official?

Yes. As the Official Airline Partner of the FIFA World Cup 26™, FIFA has granted Qatar Airways the right to produce, manage and sell Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages through Qatar Airways Holidays for the FIFA World Cup 26™. Qatar Airways Holidays and Qatar Airways have appointed BEYOND Hospitality to produce, manage and act as principal in the sale of these Ticket-Inclusive Travel Packages.

Q. What is the best time to book Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages?

Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages are on sale and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and you are advised to book as early as possible to guarantee your place. Limited quantities of Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages are on offer, and each package is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Q. Can I book only a portion of a Ticket-inclusive Travel Package?

No. Match tickets, flights, ground transportation and accommodation may not be purchased separately – only as integral parts of a Ticket-inclusive Travel Package.

Q. What is the difference between Gold and Silver categories?

Gold and Silver Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages contain different categories of match ticket and accommodation, each offering a distinct level of comfort and experience during the FIFA World Cup 26™. 

  • Gold category: Includes a Category 1 match ticket – located in prime areas of the stadium as defined by FIFA – along with luxury hotel accommodation* in the applicable city. 
  • Silver category: Includes a Category 2 match ticket - located in stadium areas just outside the prime Category 1 zones, paired with premium hotel accommodation*, offering great value without compromising on quality.

*Properties assigned to Gold packages are considered prime properties due to their facilities and/or location and will hold official 5* or 4* ratings. Properties assigned to Silver Ticket-Inclusive Travel Packages have been selected for their value and location and will hold 4* or 3* ratings.

Both categories of the Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages include Official Match Ticket(s) and the applicable bundled travel and accommodation services, so you’ll enjoy the tournament no matter which option you choose.

Q. Why do I need to register an account online to purchase Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages?

All online customers are required to create an online account on the Qatar Airways Holidays Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages website for the FIFA World Cup 26™ before purchasing. Your online account allows you to:

  • purchase available products;
  • view all your purchases; and
  • receive important event information.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will also send you important updated offers and products that may be of interest to you.

To access your match tickets, you will need to download the official FIFA app on a compatible smartphone or device. Once installed, log in or create a FIFA account using the same email address used when purchasing your package. Your tickets will be delivered digitally through the app closer to the event date.

Please note:

A Qatar Airways Holidays account is required for purchasing packages, while a FIFA Account is required for receiving and using your match tickets.

The ticket component of Qatar Airways Holidays packages is non-transferable and non-resellable. Unlike certain FIFA General Public ticket types, package tickets cannot be transferred or resold, in line with the specific Terms of Sale for Ticket-Inclusive Travel Packages.

Q. I have registered an account but did not receive an 'account activation' email.

Please check your spam or junk mail folder. Your email service provider may have filtered the ‘account activation’ email into one of these folders. To avoid this problem in the future, please add our web sales address websales.qatarairwaysholidays@beyond-hospitality.com to your ‘safe senders list’, or the equivalent. Furthermore, to receive important event updates if you have purchased Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages, we suggest that you add customerservice@mail.qatarairwaysholidays.com to your ‘safe senders list’ as well. This will ensure that you will receive all essential communications from us. 

Q. I have forgotten my account password. How do I get a new password?

You can get a new password by going to the login page and clicking on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link under the login section. A password reset link will be sent to the email address linked to your online account once you have followed the guided steps.

Q. Can I transfer or re-sell my Ticket-inclusive Travel Package?

No. Subject to applicable laws, the transfer and/or re-sale of Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages and Official Match Tickets, flight tickets, accommodation vouchers, ground transportation vouchers, or any other component included in the Ticket-inclusive Travel Package is strictly prohibited, therefore you are not permitted to re-sell Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages, individually or as part of another package (for example combining hotels and match tickets). Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages are for each customer’s own personal use or use for privately invited persons and may not be transferred for financial gain.

Q. Are the prices shown per person rates?

Yes, all prices displayed are per person, based on the selected Ticket-inclusive Travel Package type and occupancy. The per-person rate includes the full scope of services offered in your chosen Ticket-inclusive Travel Package – such as match tickets, flights, hotel accommodation, and ground transportation (where applicable). Final pricing may vary depending on factors like travel dates, room occupancy (single, double, etc.), and flight class. Be sure to review the package details at the time of booking for a full breakdown of what’s included.

Q. What is the maximum number of packages I can purchase?

Each purchaser may buy a maximum of four (4) packages (maximum of four (4) tickets) per match, for up to eight (8) matches in total. Purchases cannot include more than one (1) match on the same match date. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Q. What will happen if my personal details are incorrect or incomplete?

If you provide incorrect personal details, you may be denied boarding your flight or entry into your accommodation, the stadiums, and/or the Host Country. Please ensure accurate personal details are provided as per your passport as we will be unable to offer any refund in the above situations.

Q. Can I be refunded in the event of an emergency?

Kindly note that, subject to applicable law, all Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages are non-refundable and bookings may not be cancelled. You are advised to purchase travel insurance, to ensure that you are protected in the event of an emergency.

Q. Can I modify my booking after it has been confirmed?

Our Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages are generally fixed and any modifications after booking cannot be guaranteed. If you do need to amend, we will try to assist, but if changes are possible any charges from our suppliers and variations in rates will need to be paid by you. To modify your booking, please email our Customer Services team at customerservice@mail.qatarairwaysholidays.com

Q. Can I modify the names of passengers after my booking has been confirmed?

It is not possible to change the guest names that were registered at the point of sale; however, you are able to update their passport details until 14 days prior to traveling.

Q. I went to purchase additional packages, however notice that the price has changed compared to the same Ticket-inclusive Travel Package contained in my original order, why?

Certain components of our Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages, in particular flights, are subject to possible changes; therefore, the overall price of the Ticket-inclusive Travel Package may fluctuate accordingly.

Q. Are flights included in Qatar Airways Holidays Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages?

Yes. Domestic flights between Host Cities of the FIFA World Cup 26™ are included in all multi-match packages (e.g., Follow My Team, Final Round Series, Knockout Series). International flights are optional and may be added at an additional cost.

Q. Can I select my seat on the flight?

Seat preferences or upgrades on all scheduled flights must be managed directly with the airline. For charter flights we are unable to take seating requests, and these will be allocated at check-in. Customer Service will be in touch with all customers to advise about charter flight processes, where applicable.

Q. Can I choose between economy and business class flights?

For the Follow My Team, Final Round Series and Knockout Series travel packages:

  • Domestic flights within North America (between Host Cities of the FIFA World Cup 26™ for designated matches) are included in economy class only and there is no possibility to upgrade. Any agreement to upgrade using mileage points or cash payment would be between you and the respective airline.
  • For international flights to and from North America, you can choose between economy or business class (at an additional cost), subject to availability. These flights depart from designated origin cities and are available to purchase as an optional extra.

Q. Can I upgrade to business class flights?

Upgrades to business class on scheduled international flights should be made upon initial booking, are subject to availability and are at an additional fee. Please note that business class upgrades are not available on our domestic flight package inclusions.

Q. Are the Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages suitable for guests with reduced mobility?

The packages incorporate a number of separate travel arrangements with associated logistics. Should you or a member of your party have reduced mobility, wheelchair requirements or other specific needs please contact us on customerservice@mail.qatarairwaysholidays.com and we will be pleased to provide appropriate advice on the arrangements that can be made.

Q. What can I do if my preferred international departure city is not an option listed?

You will need to book a Ticket-inclusive Travel Package departing from the nearest city listed or book the Ticket-inclusive Travel Package without the optional international flights and make your own arrangements in that regard.

Q. What will happen if my flight is delayed or I miss my flight? 

Refunds for missed nights or matches due to delays, booking cancellations or missed flights are not available. You must inform Qatar Airways Holidays in advance if you will not be taking your flight and ensure that you stay updated on our check-in procedures, baggage allowances and restricted goods. Please note that some domestic airlines will cancel all onward flights if one flight is missed. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive insurance to cover all aspects of your trip. All flights are subject to terms and conditions of the carriage.

Q. Will the flight operator cater for my dietary requirements?

Any dietary requests (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free) should be made directly with the carrier. You will have the ability to do so within the ‘Manage My Booking’ portal subject to the options the airline offers on the flight and confirmation will be as per the airline policy. Please note that domestic flights do not offer meal service - only snacks and drinks are available.

Q. What is the baggage allowance?

Scheduled flight baggage allowance varies by airline but as a minimum all tickets will permit one checked bag (23 kg) and one carry-on bag. Due to operational requirements charter flights will permit one checked bag (23 kg) and one carry-on bag.

Q. Can I collect frequent flier points with my Ticket-inclusive Travel Package?

The lead customer on the Ticket-inclusive Travel Package should submit their Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership number at the time of reservation, in order to accrue Avios on the total value of the booking. These will be credited after travel in line with standard Qatar Airways Holidays procedures. For any other mileage programs, you will need to submit your details to the airline directly once the reservation is confirmed to be handled in line with the airline policy.

Q. Can I make my own way to the city and cancel the flight/receive a partial refund?

As per the Ticket-inclusive Travel Package Booking Terms & Conditions, it is not possible to cancel any elements of the package.

Q. Are the match tickets guaranteed with the Ticket-inclusive Travel Package?

Absolutely. All match tickets included in the Ticket-inclusive Travel Package are official and guaranteed through FIFA’s authorised travel agreement with Qatar Airways Holidays, subject to FIFA Ticket Terms of Use. Anyone attending a FIFA World Cup 26™ match with one of these tickets must adhere to the FIFA Ticket Terms of Sale, Ticket Terms of Use and the Stadium Code of Conduct, all available here and any further requirements or directions in respect of these tickets that may be issued by FIFA. Ticket holders are encouraged to regularly check for information regarding tickets on FIFA.com/tickets.

Q. Are individual match / flight tickets personalised with the name of the bearer?

Flight tickets are issued in the name of the individual traveller. It is important that the name provided at the time of booking matches the passport or ID exactly, as identification may be required for ticket validation and entry. The information is required to be submitted at checkout. If you require changes to your personal information, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@mail.qatarairwaysholidays.com quoting your order number in the subject line.

Q. What is a Category 1 match ticket?

Category 1 is the highest ranked match ticket seating category at FIFA football matches, located in what FIFA designates as the primary areas of the stadium. FIFA determines the categorisation of each seat in the stadium on a match-by-match basis at its sole discretion. This means that:

  • The ticket category may vary from match to match

  • All ticket categories may comprise stadium seats in the lower and upper tier

  • The ticket categorisation remains unaffected by match day conditions (e.g. weather)

  • Ticket category boundaries may vary from match to match.

Q. What is a Category 2 match ticket?

A Category 2 match ticket refers to a designated seating area within the stadium that offers great views of the pitch, typically located along the corners or in the lower tier behind the goals.

All match tickets are officially issued by FIFA and allocated based on availability within each travel package tier at FIFA’s sole discretion.

Q. When will I receive my match day tickets?

Q. What happens if my team qualifies beyond the group stage — can I change or extend my package?

Qatar Airways Holidays Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages are fixed at the time of booking and cannot be automatically extended if your team progresses beyond the Group Stage. However, new packages for the Knockout or Final Rounds may be available to book separately, subject to availability.

We recommend securing additional match Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages early if you want to follow your team through the tournament. Last-minute availability is not guaranteed, and travel logistics constraints may limit options as the tournament progresses. The later round packages (knock-out phases) are fixed and therefore no refund will be available if your team does not progress.

Q. What happens if my team does not qualify for the FIFA World Cup 26?

In the event that your selected team fails to qualify for the final competition of the FIFA World Cup 26™, only for Follow My Team packages will a refund be made to the customer. Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to deduct from any refund an administrative charge of 1% of the booking value.

Please note that, in line with the webshop Booking Terms & Conditions, all other Ticket-inclusive Travel Package sales are final and it is not possible to exchange your purchased Ticket-inclusive Travel Package for a different travel package.

Q. May I choose my exact stadium/match seat and row number?

No. Although you may select your seat category (1 or 2) at the time of booking, seat and row numbers will be allocated by FIFA. Please note that the seating in each stadium and at each match is configured differently, and that boundaries between Category 1 and Category 2 seats may vary for different matches and different stadiums. Please note that FIFA reserves the right to change or reallocate seats at any time prior to the match as FIFA deems necessary. Should FIFA reassign a seat, FIFA shall ensure that the replacement seat is of the same category as the original.

Q. Will all the stadium/match seats included in my booking be adjacent to one another in the stadium?

Qatar Airways Holidays will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that seats included in a single booking are adjacent to one another or in the same block of the stadium, however, this is not guaranteed.

Please note that the locations of seats for specific ticket categories for matches at the stadiums are determined by FIFA at its sole discretion. Subject to applicable law and FIFA Terms of Ticket Use, neither Qatar Airways Holidays nor FIFA shall be responsible or liable in any way in relation to any complaints regarding locations of seats provided the locations of such seats correspond with the correct ticket category for the particular match at the relevant stadium.

Q. How will I know where and when my chosen team will play during the FIFA World Cup 26?

The dates, times and stadiums of Group Matches will be confirmed once the FIFA World Cup 26tm Final Draw has taken place on 5th December 2025. All 48 national teams that have qualified for the FIFA World Cup 26™ will play in the Group Stage Matches. The results of each Group Stage Matches will determine which teams will play in the knockout and final stages, comprising the Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Final.

Q. Can I request a seat with easy access/on the aisle?

Please send your request to our Customer Service team at customerservice@mail.qatarairwaysholidays.com. We will take your request into account when the seat assignment process commences, closer to the event. 

Please note that your seats will be allocated by FIFA at its sole discretion in the applicable area specified in the product descriptions. Each stadium and match will be configured differently, and ticket category boundary locations may differ from match to match.

Q. Is accommodation included in Qatar Airways Holidays Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages?

Yes. All Qatar Airways Holidays Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages include premium or luxury accommodation, depending on the type of Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages purchased. Stays are scheduled to begin no later than the day before your first included match and end not earlier than the day after your last included match. Hotel assignments are based on availability in the Host City and package selection

Properties assigned to Gold Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages are considered prime properties due to their facilities and/or location and will hold official 5* or 4* ratings. Properties assigned to Silver Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages have been selected for their value and location and will hold 4* or 3* ratings.

Q. How many people can stay in the room included in my package?

Standard accommodation in Qatar Airways Holidays Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages is based on single and double occupancy. If you’re traveling with more people (such as children or additional guests), please ensure that additional Ticket-inclusive Travel Package(s) are booked.

Q. May I choose the bed type at my accommodation?

Bed type requests (double / twin) must be submitted to our Customer Services team at customerservice@mail.qatarairwaysholidays.com as soon as possible. However, such requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, neither Qatar Airways Holidays will accept responsibility for non-availability of requested bed types.

Q. Which passengers may be accommodated in my assigned room(s)?

Only passengers included in your booking may stay in assigned room(s). Additional guests cannot be accommodated. All passengers will be required to present their passport (or official ID for domestic customers) and accommodation voucher in order to be granted access to the assigned room. If the name on the passport does not match the name in the booking, the passenger may be denied access and no refund for the stay will be processed.

Q. Is breakfast, lunch and/or dinner included in my selected package(s)?

All hotel bookings are on a room-only basis and any meals purchased will be at your own expense. Please note that most hotels in North America require a credit or debit card to be presented at the time of check-in and an amount at the hotel’s discretion will be lodged against this during the stay to cover any incidental charges.

Q. Will my accommodation cater to my special dietary requirements?

Most hotels will cater to special dietary requirements. Once your accommodation is confirmed, please advise the hotel of your special dietary requirements.

Q. What will happen if I arrive at my accommodation late?

We guarantee that your assigned room(s) will be reserved for you in the event that you arrive at your accommodation late, provided that the check-out date and time will remain unchanged and no refund and/or partial refund shall apply for late arrivals.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times at my accommodation?

Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel and your reservation will be in line with the standard hotel policy which can be checked on the hotel website. Standard hotel policies will apply for any early arrivals or late check-outs. Please note that most hotels in North America require a credit or debit card to be presented at the time of check-in and an amount at the hotel’s discretion will be lodged against this during the stay to cover any incidental charges.

Q. Can I add extra nights outside of the dates relevant to my selected Ticket-inclusive Travel Package(s)?

All Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages are only offered for the duration of the FIFA World Cup 26™. You may only book a stay in Canada, Mexico and/or the United States of America through the online booking platform between the dates that are relevant to your selected Ticket-inclusive Travel Package(s).

Q. What amenities are available at my allocated hotel?

Q. Are transfers included?

Yes. Ticket-inclusive Travel Packages include coach ground transportation as follows:

  • Domestic host city-to-host city airport transfers: one-way transfers per guest depending on Ticket-inclusive Travel Package selected.
  • Match Day transfers: return transfers from your hotel for each match included in your package.

Vehicles are scheduled according to official travel package arrival/departure times and match kick-off and end of match timings. The details of these will be confirmed with your final itinerary and travel vouchers.

Q. Will you provide transport from the airport to the hotel upon my arrival or departure in or from the country?

If you have purchased the optional international flights offered with your Ticket-inclusive Travel Package, the cost of these is inclusive of your transfer to / from the hotels in the respective Host Cities. 

We are not able to arrange a shuttle service from the inbound airport if you have not purchased international flights via Qatar Airways Holidays.

Q. Are there any luggage or storage services?

Guests are responsible for their own luggage. No luggage storage is available before, during or after your trip.

Q. What will happen if I miss my transfer?

Vehicles will depart promptly at the scheduled departure time and will wait no longer than 10-15 minutes for late passengers. 

Outside of unforeseen delays, passengers who arrive later than 10-15 minutes window will be considered no-shows, and no refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided. 

If you miss your scheduled transfer, please contact our team or the support number provided in your travel documents, and we will do our best to assist you with the remainder of your arrangements; additional costs may apply.

Q. What happens if my flight is delayed, will my transfer to the hotel wait?

Transfers may be subject to unforeseen delays due to operational or external factors. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption with transfers to accommodation and match arrangements. All efforts will be made to find substitute travel arrangements.

Q. Do I need a visa to enter the USA?

For international visitors, please ensure that you and your guests meet the visa and entry requirements to permit travel to the United States of America. We encourage you to complete your visa applications as early as possible to ensure that they are processed prior to your intended travel dates. The visa process is operated and controlled by the government of the United States of America, and Qatar Airways Holidays and FIFA are not responsible for the application process, issuance and/or use of visas.

Q. Do I need a visa to enter Canada?

For international visitors, please ensure that you and your guests meet the visa and entry requirements to permit travel to Canada. We encourage you to complete your visa applications as early as possible to ensure that they are processed prior to your intended travel dates. The visa process is operated and controlled by the government of Canada, and Qatar Airways Holidays and FIFA are not responsible for the application process, issuance and/or use of visas.

For international visitors, please ensure that you and your guests meet the visa and entry requirements to permit travel to Mexico. We encourage you to complete your visa applications as early as possible to ensure that they are processed prior to your intended travel dates. Q. When attending the match is there a dress code in the stadium?

Whilst there is no strict dress code at the stadiums we recommend casual comfortable attire. Guests should refrain from wearing clothing with prints depicting potentially sensitive topics such as politics or nudity.

We highly recommend checking the weather forecast for the match location, as summer temperatures can be high with elevated humidity throughout the day and evening. This may cause conditions inside the stadium to feel uncomfortable at times. To ensure a pleasant experience, we suggest dressing appropriately for the weather and staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the evening.

Q. Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Q. Can I take a bag into the stadium?

Please note that a strict clear bag policy is in place for the FIFA World Cup 26™.

All bags must be clear and no larger than 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches (30 cm x 15 cm x 30 cm). Small clutch purses or wallets are also permitted, no larger than 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches (or 11 cm x 16.5 cm), these do not need to be clear.

Bags that are non-transparent and larger than the permitted size must be stored in the deposits at the stadium or disposed of before entering the stadium.

Q. Can I take my camera into the stadium? (selfie sticks included)

  • Please note the following guidelines as outlined in the FIFA World Cup 26™ Stadium Code of Conduct: Professional video cameras are prohibited, as per Section 3.1.32
  • Camera mounts, such as tripods or selfie sticks, are prohibited, as per Section 3.1.34.
  • Camera lenses are permitted, provided they are intended for non-professional purposes, as per Section 3.1.36.
  • Additionally, please be aware that relaying or transmitting live match scores or activities, including those announced on the public address system or giant screens, is prohibited, and that taking photographs of Event Organizer staff or security personnel in uniform, as well as any security procedures, is also strictly prohibited.

Q. Can I take a musical instrument into the stadium?

Please be advised, in accordance with Section 3.1.29, 3.1.30, and 3.1.31 of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Stadium Code of Conduct, instruments are only permitted in the Stadium if they meet the following criteria:

  • Are no larger than 12 cm x 12 cm x 12 cm (unless preapproved by Event Organizers)
  • Do not emit laser beams, laser points

Please note that Event Organizers may require Ticket Holders to stop using musical instruments/devices if they interfere with the event operation or enjoyment of other ticket holders.

Q. Can I take medication into the stadium?

In accordance with the FIFA World Cup 26™ Stadium Code of Conduct Section 3.1.23, medications that are not prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or local laws are allowed in quantities not exceeding a single package of more than seven (7) different medicines (in any form, including aerosols, drops, syringes, etc.) and must remain in their factory packaging.

Other substances needed for medical reasons are permitted, provided that they are accompanied by a medical certificate in English, French or Spanish and the person for whom they are intended is present.

Q. Are there storage facilities at the stadium?

Please note that a strict clear bag policy is in place for the FIFA World Cup 26™, and there will be no storage facilities available for customers at the stadium. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you avoid bringing any bags that do not comply with the policy.
